Kupa terms and conditions (“Terms”) explain how you may access and use Kupa.bar, purchase our glassware and rely on the information we publish. Please read them carefully; by visiting the site or placing an order you accept these Terms in full.

All text, images and designs on kupa.bar are © Barkonsult AB. Kupa® and the Kupa logo are registered trademarks of Barkonsult AB. Third-party fonts or images remain the property of their respective owners and are used under licence.
4 Permitted use
- The Site is provided for personal, non-commercial browsing and linking.
- Users cannot create accounts, upload content, purchase goods or subscribe to services directly on kupa.bar.
- You may not scrape, data-mine, reverse-engineer, introduce malicious code or embed the Site within another website.
5 User feedback
If you choose to send us comments or suggestions, you grant Barkonsult a royalty-free, perpetual right to use that feedback without obligation to credit or compensate you.
6 Promotions & sweepstakes
From time to time we may run promotions, contests or sweepstakes. Additional rules will be published with each promotion and will prevail in the event of conflict with these Terms.
7 Purchases completed elsewhere
Kupa.bar is an inspiration site only. Any “Buy” button redirects you to barkonsult.se, barkonsult.no or barkonsult.dk (or another nominated retail partner). All orders, deliveries, prices, right-of-withdrawal and complaint handling are governed by the sales terms available on the checkout site.

Site content is general information and not professional advice on alcohol service, food safety or regulatory compliance. Verify local rules independently before acting on any information.
9 Limitation of liability
Barkonsult is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including loss of profit, business interruption or data) arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10 Force majeure
We are not responsible for failure to perform obligations under these Terms where the failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as fire, flood, war, pandemic, governmental action or widespread internet disruption.
11 Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Any dispute shall be resolved by the courts of Stockholm, Sweden. Mandatory consumer-protection laws of Norway or Denmark apply to residents of those countries.
12 Changes
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. A new Effective date will appear above and continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
